  • 2 lbs petite sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large sweet onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Soak wooden kabob skewers in water for about 30 minutes, prior to assembly.
  2. Toss the cubed steak, onions, and peppers into a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle salt.
  4. Toss everything together. 
  5. Assemble the kabobs.
  6. Grill for about 8 – 10 minutes until medium rare—or adjust to your liking.
