Sasso Smokin’ Hot Sweet Potato Steak Fries
Ingredients
• 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
• 3 tbsps. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. Smokin’ Hot Grilling Pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt

Method
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise on a cutting board using a sharp knife. Place the flat side of the potato halves on the cutting board. Cut each half lengthwise into 4-6 pieces. You should have 20- 24 potato wedges. Place the wedges in a large bowl, drizzle them with olive oil, and toss them with the pepper blend and salt. Spread a single layer of wedges onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Make sure the wedges aren’t touching so they brown evenly. Bake the fries for 12 minutes, then flip and bake them for an additional 12-15 minutes until they’re soft inside and browned on the outside.
