• 1-2 tbsps. of Smokin’ Hot Grilling Pepper
• 4 oz goat cheese log

Spread the pepper blend onto a cutting board and roll the goat cheese in the blend until it’s completely coated. Serve with grainy crackers or crostini and hand-cut vegetables such as bell peppers, English cucumbers sliced on the bias, and baby carrots. This cheese pairs beautifully with a blue cheese and a hard cheese on a cheese board.
