Sasso Smokin’ Hot Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 3 cups whole cashews
  • 3  tbsps. sugar
  • 3 tbsps. Smokin’ Hot Grilling Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 300 degrees °F. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg white until it is soft and foamy, with no clear liquid in the bottom of the bowl. Add the sugar and grilling pepper spice blend into the bowl and mix well. Add in cashews to coat them thoroughly. Grab a medium-size baking sheet and spread the cashew mix evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove baking sheet from the oven, and using a metal spatula, toss, stir, and separate nuts. Place back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Once complete, place the baking sheet on a cooling rack and detach cashews from each other to cool. Nuts will crisp as they cool.
