Sasso Smokin’ Hot Bruschetta
• 1 lb grape tomatoes (tri-colored heirloom is ideal!)
• 2-3 stems fresh basil
• 2 tsps. Smokin’ Hot Grilling Pepper
• 2 tbsps. of olive oil
Quarter the grape tomatoes. Chiffonade the basil leaves. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl, mix gently, and chill. Serve with crostini.
